IMG_2605.jpgPJ is our oldest child, and reminds us how fast childhood flies by.  He turned 9 years old this year, and grows faster each day.  His sweet tender heart easily loves, and is easily hurt.  He truly cares for people.  PJ is the first one to tune into how people feel.  For this reason, it is often hard for him to travel into the communities to visit the churches we work with.  He just hates to see the poverty.  Yet, he feels as committed to our lives in El Salvador as we do, even if he misses home so badly. He has begun to see God work in the churches here, and values their hearts to serve.  Sometimes, we feel that with our move to el salvador we have asked him to grow up to soon.  Yet, we see God forming his heart, and are amazed by the growth we see.

PJ is in the third grade.  He loves to play basketball, surf, read, and play dad in poker.  His birthday is December 4th. He loves to eat artichoke pasta, help his mom cook in the kitchen, and is wonderful with his younger sisters.
