View the following video to learn more about ENLACE's ministry

We equip church leaders to become effect agents of change as they understand who they are as a body, listen to their community and respond to opportunities for developing sustainable solutions for poverty.  Our long term goal is that churches become leaders that equip surrounding churches to embody the following values:

servant leadership   commitment to listen, collaborate, trust, and empower

integral mission   a church community that incarnates god's love through service

sustainable solutions   initiatives maximizing existing resources to build enduring solutions to poverty

effective collaboration   partner with their community to identify, design, and manage sustainable initiatives

replicable models  church leaders equip new churches to transform their communities

ENLACE walks along side churches in El Salvador through its core program, "Iglesia y Communidad" (Church & Community). It then supports a host of projects and programs including economic development, health, housing, water and sanitation, and infrastructure.  For more information on ENLACE, and how you can get involved, visit our website at www.enlaceonline.org. We currently work with 10 churches impacting the lives of 50,000 people.  Our dream is to partner with 50 churches by year 2010 to impact the lives of 250,000 people in the poorest communities of el salvador.

"the community no longer sees our church as an enemy.  now they seek us out to collaborate and help because they say we are God's blessing living among them."  -Miguel Duran, Pastor of the Good Samaritan Church
